Mental Health & Psychosocial Wellbeing Across Africa
Who we are
Top Wellness Africa Ltd is a mental health and wellness organization committed to advancing psychological wellbeing among individuals, workplaces, organizations and communities across Africa.
Your wellbeing matters. Your people matter.
We provide mental health support, psychosocial services, workplace wellness, wellbeing assessments, screening, training, organizational wellbeing solutions and capacity building, designed to help people and organizations move from awareness to meaningful action.
Our work is people-centred, evidence-informed and responsive to the realities of the African context.
Start here
Sometimes we are so busy taking care of work, family and everyone else that we forget to check in with ourselves.
Take a few minutes to check your wellbeing.
Your results are private and intended for personal reflection. They do not constitute a diagnosis.
Four ways to engage
A person checks their wellbeing online, seeks support, their organization engages us, and assessment and wellbeing programming continue from there. Each door leads somewhere.
For someone who needs help now.
For someone who wants to understand and strengthen their wellbeing.
For organizations that want healthier people and healthier systems.
For communities and programs seeking sustainable psychosocial support.
What we do
Explore the service most relevant to you, or start with the simplest first step and take a wellbeing check.
You do not need to wait until things become overwhelming before seeking support.
Healthy people. Healthy teams. Healthy organizations. Organizations perform through people.
Supporting people, families, teams and communities, in the settings they actually live and work in.
Understand your workforce, then move from a wellbeing profile to a plan you can act on.
Our approach
Wellbeing cannot be separated from the environments in which people live and work. So we work across the whole path, not just one point on it.
More about how we workOur impact
Counting people reached is the easy part. These are the questions we hold ourselves to.
Who are we supporting?
What have people experienced through our programs?
What has improved?
What have we learned?
What systems or capacities have been strengthened?
How these five questions shape what we design, deliver and measure.
Your next step
Start with two minutes for yourself, or start a conversation about your organization. Either one is a real beginning.
